SHIPPING POLICY

Once an order is placed, please allow 24 hours to verify stock and shipping date. You will receive your shipping tracking number via email and delivery is typically within 5 business days.

EXCEPTION: Hagstrom parts; all Hagstrom parts ship out via Hagstrom's distributor in approximately one week.  All back ordered parts are at least an 8 week wait, in certain cases or special orders, much longer. For Hagstrom parts, you can always cancel your order for full refund at any point up until it ships out.  We do not control availability or ship date.  Shipping is a flat rate and included in order. 

All non-part shipments are done within the USA to the contiguous (lower 48) states with verified US addresses ONLY. All orders placed totaling over $150 or for 'pick-up' automatically qualify for FREE shipping; with the exception of parts, special orders and HyVibe installs.  Orders totaling less than $150 have shipping costs calculated based on discounted UPS or USPS rates and are shown prior to payment processing.     

Any damage deemed by shipping for any reason must be reported to us within 24 hours or, we will assume confirmation of it arriving perfectly. For shipping issues: we will issue a UPS return receipt to you to ship the item back within one week and issue full refund when we receive the item back. 

REFUND POLICY

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The item is subject to return shipping charges and a 15% re-stocking fee. If your purchase was made via Shopify Pay Installments, then your return refund amount will be less the original processing fee. 

To complete your return, we require receipt of the originally purchased guitar back to us. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Reasons for us not accepting a return:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

All used items are sold "as is" and are not eligible for returns. 


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, shipping and restocking fees are received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Sharing you personal Information
We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information. We also use Facebook pixels for our own marketing ad purposes only. 

Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

As described above, we use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. If you are a resident of California in the USA, please note that although our business is not mandated under CCPA/CPRA, we certainly respect your privacy and rights and will honor the aforementioned and will comply with any request.   

Data retention
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.

Minors
The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18 to make purchases.
