The VS21's short horn allows very high sensitivity in its upper operating range, which has the effect of increasing the power available for "impact" and "punch". The vented part of the cabinet allows it to do the deep notes that 21" woofers do well. The resulting impression is one of a very ‘big’ or ‘heavy’ hit.
Pretty + Powerful
A high-efficiency 21" woofer is loaded into a large, tuned chamber on one side for deep bass and a short horn on the other for impact. The 2500 Watts from the amplifier are put to very good use making SPL and the processing keeps everything safe and smooth.
